Ordering LEGO and Playmobil from 2TToys, how does that work?

TO SEARCH

In our webshop you can easily search for what you would like to order. You can search the site in different ways. You can also make selections so that you see the sets that meet what you are looking for. Let's start by simply searching for a specific LEGO number, or description:

Searching on a desktop computer or some tablets can be done in 2 ways

1. On the HOMEPAGE: Enter a number or description of what you are looking for in the search bar on the homepage, enter your search term in the box where it says "SEARCH",
2. Click on the magnifying glass icon at the top of the site. If you do that, a box will open where you can enter your search term.

You can also search on a phone or tablet in two ways

1. On the HOMEPAGE: Enter a number or description of what you are looking for in the search bar on the homepage, enter your search term in the box where it says "SEARCH",
2. Click on the three horizontal lines at the top right of the screen, a menu will open. Select the bottom option "SEARCH". If you do that, a box will open where you can enter your search term.

How do I order in the online 2TTOYS webshop?

You can select products and put them in a virtual shopping bag with the "Order" button. If the "Order" button is not visible, it means that the item is not available. For that item there is a button "KEEP ME INFORMED", click on it, leave your email address and as soon as that item is back in stock, you will automatically receive an email. Naturally, your request is without obligation, no order will be placed and we will not use your email address for anything else.

PAY

you can pay for your favorite sets in the following ways:

• Cash when collecting your order in the 2T- SHOP (2TSHOP) in Den Bosch: Orthen 16, 5231XS DenBosch
• Cash when collecting your order from our warehouse in Dubai or other warehouses (by appointment)
• Transfer via bank
• Ideal
• PAYPAL
• Credit Card
• 2TTOYS gift voucher

In some countries you cannot choose a payment method. You will see the payment methods that apply to your country as a payment option during the ordering process.

If you use your credit card, a provisional payment will be made with your credit card when placing an order. The amount of the order will then be withheld from your account by the bank. The amount withheld expires after a number of days. How many days this takes depends on the bank.

If I pay by credit card, when does 2TTOYS charge?

2TTOYS will debit the amount for the items before they are shipped.

Can I use PAYPAL if I want to order from 2TToys?

If you are a customer in Germany, Canada, France, Denmark or the United States, we accept payments via PayPal. If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be taken to the PayPal website to log in to your PayPal account. You will then be sent back to the online store's website to complete the payment. If you select 'Checkout with PayPal' on the My Cart page, the delivery address you have registered with PayPal as standard or specifically will take priority over the delivery address registered in your account with this merchant. You must therefore check whether your delivery address in PayPal is the correct address for delivery of your purchases in this online store. 2TTOYS is not liable if the shipping address listed in the PayPal account you used is not your current or correct address.

Can I pay by direct debit?

No, you cannot pay by direct debit. We do not offer this service.

Can I pay by transfer to a bank account?

Yes, you can pay by transfer to our bank account. Your payment must be deposited into our bank account before the ordered items are shipped.

Can I pay for an order with LEGO VIP Points?

Even though 2T-Toys is an official LEGO dealer, it is not possible to pay with your LEGO VIP points. It is also not possible to pay with 2TTOYS points at the LEGO stores

Can I exchange my 2TTOYS gift voucher for cash?

No, gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Where can my orders be delivered ?

We only deliver orders from the Netherlands to all addresses in the world.

Postage costs:

• all shipping costs below include insurance. If the package is lost during shipping and our claim with the shipping company is honored, you will be refunded the cost of the item and shipping costs.
• We always reserve the right to refuse an order without stating a reason. You will receive the full amount back.
• Our ordering system works with Fraud Recognition. If, for whatever reason, we suspect that a fraudulent order has been placed, we will not process the order. You will receive a refund of any amount already paid.
• The shipping costs below apply to orders with a value up to €. 1,000 euros. If you would like to order a larger amount, please contact us at info@2ttoys.nl.

When can I expect my orders?

Delivery times may vary and depend on the address where the order is to be delivered. You can see the estimated delivery time on the "Shipping" page.

Are delivery costs charged?

Yes, delivery costs will be added to the price of ordered products. You will see the delivery costs in the virtual shopping bag and during the order check. In most cases, your order will be sent to the parcel service the same day and then shipped to you with "Track & Trace" (Monday to Friday with the exception of national holidays). The reason for not having "free" shipping as standard is that we want to keep the prices in the store and in the webshop the same, otherwise we would have to charge different prices in our store in Den Bosch and in this webshop.

You can also order "urgently", and we will deliver your order the same day. 99.99

DETAILS ABOUT THE PURCHASE OF MINIFIGURES,

• From now on it is possible to order LEGO minifigures separately.
• So you can order the minifigures individually.
• Normally these are in bags where you cannot see which minifigure is in them. However, we open the bags and put the relevant number on the packaging. Then we close the bags again with a piece of adhesive tape. So you are guaranteed to get the minifigure you order.
• You can also order a "SURPRISE BAG" minifigure. You will then receive a minifigure from the relevant series, but without knowing which specific minifigure you will receive. The packaging is then closed.
• These anonymous minifigures cannot be exchanged.
• Some minifigures state a MAXIMUM QUANTITY of this minifigure that you can order. If you order more items, we will adjust your order to the maximum number and immediately refund the excess amount to you. It is not possible to place multiple orders at 1 address.
• We always reserve the right not to process an order.
• We sell minifigures through various channels. It may therefore happen that the minifigure you ordered is not in stock. We are sorry and will refund the amount immediately.
• SHIPPING: Unlike all other LEGO and PLAYMOBIL sets, the minifigures are shipped by envelope. This will be delivered by the postman.
• Track & Trace is therefore NOT possible for orders that are sent by envelope.
• The shipping costs for 1 minifigure are €. 1.00 (envelope: no Track&Trace)
• The shipping costs for 2 - 3 minifigures are €. 2.00 (envelope: no Track&Trace)
• The shipping costs for 4 - 6 minifigures or more are €4.50 (envelope: no Track&Trace)

TO RETRIEVE

You can order via the website and then pick up your order at the 2T-SHOP in Den Bosch. You can pay in advance via our ordering system, but you can also choose to pay when you pick up your sets.
