[Worldwide] In addition to the 10th anniversary of LEGO Star Wars, LEGO Chrome produced Darth Vader minifigures to promote the event, and 10,000 polybags of the Chrome Vader were randomly placed in 2009 LEGO Star Wars sets. The Chrome Vader featured the same design as the 2008 version of Vader with the new torso, but glossy paint was used instead of the standard black.
