Main model

The set shows the old Highclere Castle; known from the British historical drama series Downton Abbey! Next year this series celebrates its 15th anniversary!

Highclere Castle is a magnificent and majestic architectural monument in itself. However, it is also adorned with the interior and the picturesque rooms. I have tried to portray them in the spirit of the TV series, i.e. the period, so that the design imitates the 1920s.
The model includes a main entrance with corridor, 5 main rooms and 6 smaller rooms. Since not all rooms are shown in the series, 5 of these smaller rooms can be designed by each builder according to his own imagination.

Rooms are full of details and accessories. I make them more accessible to play/display the minifigures and recreate individual scenes. You can find a variety of equipment designs here, such as different types of chairs, tables, lamps, clocks, etc.

Minifigures are also included. There are 15 unique minifigures! However, each one has its justification and they are all very important to the story.

Little bonus

Part of the set is also Lady Mary's bench! This little bonus represents the place where many iconic couples met. There were many romantic scenes and beautiful deep conversations. I wanted to breathe the spirit of the place into the model, so I chose a heart-shaped plate and decorative bench handles.
